- Raise concerns of any human rights violations or unethical treatment to Alomaid, local authorities, or labour rights organisations.
Workplace conduct and communication:
- Perform your duties diligently as per the contract and maintain a professional manner.
- Communicate openly and respectfully with your employer.
- Be forthright in your concerns and raise any matter outstanding.
Health and safety:
- Be aware of and follow safety protocols in the workplace. Report any hazardous conditions to your employer.
- In case of illness or injury, inform your employer immediately and seek medical attention.
Privacy and confidentiality:
- Respect the privacy of your employer's household. Do not disclose personal or sensitive information without consent.
Emergency procedures and SOS protocol:
- Familiarise yourself with emergency exits and protocols in your workplace.
- In an emergency, use the designated SOS feature in Alomaidโs app or the local emergency services. Follow up with a report to Alomaid for further assistance.
Mobile Phone Usage:
- While mobile phone use is not prohibited, encourage responsible usage.
- Domestic workers should primarily use their phones for emergencies.

- Have a clear and accessible emergency plan in place, and ensure your domestic worker is aware of it.
- In the event of disputes or emergencies, engage constructively and seek mediation assistance from Alomaid if necessary.
