Yes. Employers may review candidate profiles and conduct interviews before making a final selection.
Once you confirm your chosen candidate, the recruitment and processing will begin for that specific worker.
Before deployment, each worker undergoes structured preparation to ensure readiness for employment.
This preparation typically includes:
Training usually lasts three to five weeks.
The Alomaid Connect Standard Package includes one-time replacement coverage.
If the worker absconds within six months of arrival, Alomaid will arrange a replacement worker.

Replacement may also be provided if the worker experiences:
These situations are covered within three months from the worker’s arrival, except for abscondment which is covered for six months.
Replacement coverage applies once within the coverage period.
Domestic workers are required to undergo medical screening after arriving in Malaysia.
If the worker is deemed medically unfit for employment, Alomaid will assist with arranging a replacement worker in accordance with the package’s replacement policy.
In such cases, the recruitment package remains covered and only the Malaysia Handling Fee for the replacement worker will apply.

Yes. Alomaid provides support during the early employment period.
If issues arise, our team will assist employers with guidance, mediation where appropriate, and replacement arrangements where applicable under the package coverage.
Hiring through a licensed agency ensures that the domestic worker is recruited, trained, and deployed through a legal and regulated process.
This protects both employers and workers by ensuring that all required documentation, immigration procedures, and employment regulations are properly followed.
Unregulated recruitment channels may appear cheaper but often carry higher risks, including legal complications and lack of worker preparation.
If you change your mind early in the process, Alomaid will try to assist you in selecting another candidate where possible.
However, once recruitment and regulatory processing have begun, certain costs may already have been incurred. Our consultants will explain the process clearly before any payment is made.
Workers undergo structured domestic work training prior to deployment, which typically includes:
This preparation helps ensure that workers are ready to support the daily needs of a Malaysian household.
Alomaid focuses on transparent and ethical recruitment.
Every worker undergoes proper preparation, documentation, and training before deployment. This helps ensure a more reliable employment experience while supporting fair and responsible recruitment practices.
